The books of the Old Testament<\/a> contain many passages about the Messiah \u2014 all prophecies Jesus Christ<\/a> fulfilled. For instance, the crucifixion of Jesus<\/a> was foretold in Psalm 22:16-18<\/a> approximately 1,000 years before Christ was born, long before this method of execution was even practiced.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
