\u201cHe that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0\u2013 Ecclesiastes 10:8<\/h3>\n

Demons are malevolent, evil personalities. They are spirit beings. They are the enemies of God and His angels, and man. Their objectives in people are to confuse, deceive, tempt, accuse, condemn, defile, pressure, resist, oppose, steal, control, harass, afflict, kill, and destroy. They also try to keep people in bondage to sin. The same demons the Lord Jesus Christ was casting out of people when He walked on the earth about 2,000 years ago are still around! Indeed, the scriptures read\u00a0\u201cFor we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places\u201d<\/em>\u00a0(Ephesians 6:12).<\/p>\n

Demons enter through \u201copen doors.\u201d They have to be given an opportunity to enter. Every person on the face of the earth is a target of satan\u2019s kingdom. He devises a plan to ruin and destroy each person, there is no one who is exempt.<\/p>\n

Normally, Christians are hedged about so that demons can\u2019t enter into them (yes, despite what some would adamantly deny,\u00a0Christians can be demonized<\/a>, but not be possessed). Normally, non-Christians are also protected to a certain extent in that the Lord does not allow demons to violate their free wills. An opening in the protective hedge must be made before demons can get into a person\u2019s body.<\/p>\n

Sin (especially continual, habitual sin) breaks a hole in the protective hedge, many times allowing a demon or demons to actually enter into a person committing the sin. The scriptures are clear: any dealing with the works of satan opens a doorway in a person\u2019s life for the inflow of demonic infestation. God told the Israelites:\u00a0\u201cRegard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards,\u00a0to be defiled by them<\/strong>: I\u00a0am\u00a0the LORD your God\u201d<\/em>\u00a0(Leviticus 19:31). The scriptures are also clear that whatever a man sows that is what he will reap (Galatians 6:7), that the devil works in the children of disobedience (Ephesians 2:2), and to not give the devil a foothold in one\u2019s life (Ephesians 4:17). If you have lived a life of blatant rebellion against God then you shouldn\u2019t be surprised if you have issues with demons, whether you are a Christian or non-Christian.<\/p>\n

That said, demons do not always automatically leave the body of a demonized person when converted to Christ. The convert may need to have prayer for deliverance.<\/p>\n

But one may argue that there are many who live a life of blatant sin but their lives seem to be going well or even \u201cblessed.\u201d Yes, that is true for some people and it is possible the god of this world (satan) is \u201cblessing\u201d them. Satan doesn\u2019t mind if a person has the \u201cgood life\u201d as long as that person is on the broad road to destruction \u2013 to\u00a0hellfire<\/a>. The demons they may have in their life can lie low, but will get stirred up and will\u00a0retaliate<\/a>\u00a0against the person if he or she repents and turns to the Lord Jesus Christ. I have experienced this in my life: once I totally repented and submitted my life to Jesus Christ, the host of hell tried to literally kill me. Why? Because once a person turns to Jesus the person becomes a threat to satan\u2019s kingdom since the person can be used by the Holy Spirit for God\u2019s kingdom.<\/p>\n

The list is not exhaustive but here are some things that will possibly open a person up to demonic infestation. Some things are due to the person\u2019s own sins and others due to other people\u2019s sins.<\/p>\n

Possible demonic doorways:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. New Age meditation<\/a>\u00a0(such as\u00a0Transcendental Meditation<\/a>) and\u00a0New Age visualization<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Practicing\u00a0yoga<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Involved with\u00a0kundalini<\/a>\u00a0or having a so-called\u00a0kundalini awakening\/arousal\/activation<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  4. Laying on of hands from someone who is demonized<\/a>\u00a0(demons can transfer), or receiving a\u00a0shaktipat<\/a>. Involved in a\u00a0Fire Tunnel<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  5. Chanting, incantations, or\u00a0mantras<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  6. Automatic writing<\/a>, or any kind of\u00a0channeling<\/a>\u00a0[link\u00a02<\/a>].<\/li>\n
  7. Tattoos<\/a>, especially if the tattoo is an\u00a0evil figure<\/a>\u00a0or an\u00a0occult symbol<\/a>. Scarification.<\/li>\n
  8. Making\u00a0oaths or pledges<\/a>\u00a0(such as to a\u00a0sorority or fraternity<\/a>).<\/li>\n
  9. Making a\u00a0blood pact or deal with the devil<\/a>. \u201cSelling\u201d one\u2019s soul.<\/li>\n
  10. Worship of\u00a0false gods, deities, or idols<\/a>\u00a0(or was dedicated to one) such as\u00a0Santa Muerte<\/a>.\u00a0Ancestor worship<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  11. Doing invocations, or allowing spirits to come inside your body.<\/li>\n
  12. Being involved with any Christian cult (or any cult in general), or false religion that denies the\u00a0deity of Jesus<\/a>\u00a0and the everlasting\u00a0Gospel<\/a>\u00a0which includes\u00a0Jehovah\u2019s Witnesses<\/a>,\u00a0Mormonism<\/a>,\u00a0Scientology<\/a>,\u00a0Roman Catholicism<\/a>, Islam,\u00a0Black Hebrew Israelite<\/a>,\u00a0Freemasonry<\/a>\u00a0[link\u00a02<\/a>],\u00a0Hinduism<\/a>,\u00a0Taoism<\/a>, Satanism, etc.<\/li>\n
  13. Mary idolatry<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  14. Crystal work<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0crystal healing<\/a>, any kind of\u00a0lucky charm, amulet, talisman<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0fetish<\/a>, and anything \u201cconsecrated.\u201d<\/li>\n
  15. Indulging in certain\u00a0Hip Hop<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0Rock music<\/a>\u00a0[link\u00a02<\/a>].<\/li>\n
  16. Indulging in\u00a0pornography<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  17. The practice of\u00a0fornication<\/a>\u00a0[link\u00a02<\/a>],\u00a0oral sex<\/a>,\u00a0sodomy<\/a>,\u00a0masturbation<\/a>. Involved in incest; bestiality;\u00a0adultery<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  18. Being\u00a0unequally yoked with an unbeliever<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  19. Involved in any form of\u00a0divination<\/a>\u00a0such as\u00a0consulting a psychic<\/a>\u00a0or an oracle,\u00a0fortune telling<\/a>,\u00a0I Ching<\/a>,\u00a0numerology<\/a>,\u00a0astrology<\/a>,\u00a0horoscopes<\/a>,\u00a0dowsing<\/a>\u00a0(or water witching),\u00a0tarot cards<\/a>\u00a0(or oracle cards, angel cards, etc.),\u00a0palm reading<\/a>,\u00a0scrying (such as crystal grazing, hydromancy, etc.)<\/a>, a\u00a0pendulum<\/a>, or contacting the \u201cdead\u201d (necromancy) as in a\u00a0s\u00e9ance<\/a>\u00a0and divination games such as Charlie Charlie. Playing with an\u00a0Ouija Board<\/a>\u00a0even on a\u00a0smartphone<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  20. Anything that\u00a0alters the consciousness\u00a0<\/a>especially drugs (this is a huge demonic door opener and a very common one) such as smoking\u00a0marijuana<\/a>,\u00a0DMT<\/a>,\u00a0ayahuasca<\/a>, crystal meth,\u00a0LSD<\/a>, cocaine, heroin, ecstasy, etc. Perhaps even some pharmaceutical drugs such as\u00a0Adderall<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  21. Drunkenness<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  22. Listening to\u00a0binaural beats<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0New-Age frequency sounds<\/a>. Perhaps listening to subliminals.<\/li>\n
  23. Hypnosis<\/a>\u00a0or Hypnotherapy.<\/li>\n
  24. Reiki<\/a>\u00a0[link\u00a02<\/a>] (or energy healing), or anything to do with\u00a0mystical energies<\/a>\u00a0(such as qi), or\u00a0occult healing<\/a>\u00a0(a huge demonic door opener). Also being involved with\u00a0Massage Therapy<\/a>,\u00a0Therapeutic Touch<\/a>,\u00a0CranioSacral Therapy<\/a>,\u00a0Shiatsu<\/a>,\u00a0Network Spinal Analysis<\/a>, or\u00a0Reconnective Healing\u00ae<\/a>. Being a \u201clightworker<\/a>\u201d or involved with \u201clight language<\/a>.\u201d<\/li>\n
  25. \u00a0New Age Medical practices<\/a>\u00a0such as\u00a0muscle testing<\/a>\u00a0(applied kinesiology). Diagnosed by an occult practitioner such as an\u00a0Iridologist<\/a>.\u00a0Acupuncture<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  26. Qigong<\/a>,\u00a0Tai Chi<\/a>, and the mystical side of\u00a0Martial Arts<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  27. Opening the \u201cthird eye\u201d<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  28. Involved in any kind of\u00a0occult activity<\/a>, spell or\u00a0magic<\/a>\u00a0(whether\u00a0black<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0white<\/a>),\u00a0charming<\/a>,\u00a0 witchcraft, spiritualism or spirituality such as Winti,\u00a0Umbanda<\/a>, Macumba, Candombl\u00e9,\u00a0Santeria<\/a>, Obeah, Juju (or\u00a0ju-ju), and\u00a0Voodoo<\/a>\u00a0(this is a huge demonic door opener). Also involved with\u00a0shamanism<\/a>\u00a0[link\u00a02<\/a>], a\u00a0witch doctor<\/a>\u00a0(another huge demonic door opener),\u00a0traditional healer<\/a>\u00a0(or\u00a0sangoma<\/a>),\u00a0spiritual guru<\/a>,\u00a0medium<\/a>, spiritualist, magician, soothsayer, seer, sorcerer, yogi or the like. Also involved with a\u00a0psychic healer<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0psychic surgeon<\/a>.\u00a0Not to mention involved in any pagan ritual or \u201ccleansing\u201d.<\/li>\n
  29. Watching\u00a0horror movies<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  30. Being involved with\u00a0abortion<\/a>\u00a0or shedding innocent blood.\u00a0Involved in a blood sacrifice.<\/li>\n
  31. Suicide attempts.<\/li>\n
  32. Deliberately\u00a0astral projecting<\/a>, or\u00a0remote viewing<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  33. Method acting<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  34. Dungeons and Dragons, World of Warcraft, or similar games; certain\u00a0video games<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  35. Calling upon\u00a0spirit guides<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0ascended masters<\/a>.\u00a0<\/a>Angel contact, consciousness, or work<\/a>. Involvement with or praying to\u00a0angels of the new age\/occult<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  36. Involved in\u00a0ghost hunting<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  37. Unwilling to forgive and having bitterness<\/a>.\u00a0Extreme hatred towards another<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  38. Being a worker of iniquity (stripper<\/a>\u00a0or frequenting strip clubs, prostitution or fornicating with prostitutes, involved in gang activity, selling drugs, stealing, constantly lying, infidelity, direct rebellion against God or parents, etc.).<\/li>\n
  39. Idle words<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  40. Involved with developing or trying to develop psychic or ESP abilities such as\u00a0telekensis\/psychokinesis<\/a>, or telepathy; involved with\u00a0mind control<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  41. Cursing God.<\/li>\n
  42. Giving in to irrational\u00a0fits of\u00a0rage or anger<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  43. Extreme\u00a0pride<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Not necessarily open doorways for demons to be inside your body but possible demonic open doorways into your home:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Cursed objects\u00a0<\/a>such as\u00a0dream catchers<\/a>,\u00a0talisman, amulets, charms<\/a>, a pentagram, etc.<\/li>\n
    2. Any occult or New Age items such as ouija boards, a\u00a0voodoo doll<\/a>, etc. Certain\u00a0occult and magic books\u00a0<\/a>can also have demonic attachments such as the 6th and 7th Book of Moses.<\/li>\n
    3. Tribal objects such as masks or\u00a0anything consecrated or used in false religions<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    4. Any idols such as Buddha, Hindu \u201cgods\u201d, or\u00a0Mary statues<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    5. In or near an area where spiritualistic activity was performed (perhaps someone who lived in the home before you played with the ouija board).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Doorways the person may not have opened directly but someone else has opened:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. A victim of\u00a0sexual abuse or molestation<\/a>\u00a0(a huge demonic door opener).<\/li>\n
      2. Generational curses<\/a>\u00a0(perhaps one\u2019s ancestors were involved with witchcraft or the occult).<\/li>\n
      3. A victim of\u00a0black magic<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 a\u00a0witchcraft spell,\u00a0curse or hex<\/a>\u00a0(such as eating\u00a0cursed foods or drinks<\/a>; or\u00a0charmed<\/a>). Word curses.<\/li>\n
      4. Was dedicated to the demonic realm.<\/li>\n
      5. Maybe childhood trauma.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Or it can be none of the above:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        I have come across people were there had been no apparent doorway for the enemy to afflict him or her. And there were no generational curses that we could identify. I believe in such cases God may be testing the person\u2019s faith. Job was a man who was blameless before God but God allowed satan to afflict him with boils (Job 2:6). God allowed the apostle Paul to have a messenger (or angel) from satan in his flesh, which he called a thorn, to buffet him to keep him humble (Corinthians 12:7-9). The following scripture can apply to such people who are being afflicted:<\/p>\n

        \u201cBeloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ\u2019s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy\u201d\u00a0<\/em>(1 Peter 4:12). Yes, those who truly live for Jesus Christ will suffer persecution in some form or another (2 Timothy 3:12).<\/p>\n

        For many years I got attacked constantly by the enemy even though I wasn\u2019t practicing any sins. The more I prayed or the more I did some good works for the Lord the more the enemy retaliated. It\u2019s not an easy path to really live for Jesus Christ as the scriptures read\u00a0\u201c\u2026Through many tribulations we must enter the kingdom of God<\/em>\u201d (Acts 14:22).
        \n<\/span><\/p>\n

        Possible signs or symptoms of demonization or demon possession<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Feeling or sensing the demons moving on the inside of you (can feel like an \u201cenergy<\/a>\u201d or \u201celectricty;\u201dcrawling underneath the skin, etc.); can feel the pains move around. Feeling pressure or tightness and movement in the head or eyes and stomach areas.<\/li>\n
        2. Will have strong, inner compulsions to do bad things that are not in their normal behavior patterns, like having bad thoughts or feelings to commit suicide,\u00a0murder<\/a>, or to molest.<\/li>\n
        3. Have very strong addictions to things as drugs, alcohol, pornography, or masturbation; in bondage or a slave to a certian sin.<\/li>\n
        4. Very manipulative and controlling (could be a\u00a0Jezebel spirit<\/a>). A narcissist.<\/li>\n
        5. Can have\u00a0multiple personalities<\/a>\u00a0or an \u201calternate ego<\/a>\u201c.<\/li>\n
        6. Intense uncontrollable rage; sudden outburst of anger<\/a>; extremely violent. Abusive. A psychopath.<\/li>\n
        7. Very heavy, uncontrollable twitching type activity on certain parts of their bodies like their face or arms. Feel strange vibrations of the body or parts of the body.<\/li>\n
        8. A compulsive desire to curse and blaspheme God and Jesus.<\/li>\n
        9. The demons can sometimes control the vocal cords and speak right out of the person\u2019s mouth. When this occurs, the tone of the person\u2019s voice could change, like a woman speaking out in a man\u2019s deep, husky voice. Demons can also emit animal-like sounds out of a person\u2019s mouth and vocal cords, like the hissing of a snake, the growling of a lion or tiger, the howl and\/or snarl like a wolf. They can also let out very loud screams and yells, especially when being directly confronted by the deliverance minister during the actual deliverance itself.<\/li>\n
        10. Various types of facial contortions which no longer look like the person, such as stretching the skin of the face into a contorted, hissing like expression.<\/li>\n
        11. Various types of bodily contortions like people slithering across the floor like snakes, getting on all fours and barking like dogs, growling like lions, or howling like wolves. Strangely stretching out their spines, fingers, and hands locking up and going rigid, and demons grabbing a hold of a person\u2019s throat to try to stop him\/her from talking with a deliverance minister. The demons can also whip the head in a very rapid side-to-side type movement, stretch the neck out as far as it will go, along with jolting portions of the body causing those portions to move in a very rapid side-to-side type movement.<\/li>\n
        12. Having glazed eyes or a filmy look, slit eyes, blank stare type eyes, black eyes, or eyes that rolls backward where all you see are the whites of the eyes (especially when receiving deliverance prayer). Eyes that are evil looking. One can see another spirit through the eyes.<\/li>\n
        13. Hearing voices or having tormenting thoughts in your head.<\/a>\u00a0Sometimes hear words accusing you, putting you down, blaspheming God, or\u00a0compelling you to commit murder or other criminal acts<\/a>; very intrusive thoughts; severe emotional or mental torments (I would say there is almost a 100% certainty of having demons with this symptom).<\/li>\n
        14. Extreme pride or arrogance. May have a mocking smile or laughter when receiving prayer for deliverance. Demons are very proud (read about Leviathan<\/a>).<\/li>\n
        15. Engaging in self-harm acts such as self-mutilation or cutting; uncontrollably crying out loud (Mark 5:5).<\/li>\n
        16. Perhaps most, if not all,\u00a0mental illnesses or disorders<\/a>\u00a0such as schizophrenia, bipolar, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,\u00a0neurosis<\/a>, etc.<\/li>\n
        17. Epileptic seizures<\/a>; convulsions.<\/li>\n
        18. Many diseases and physical afflictions can be due to\u00a0spirits of infirmity<\/a>\u00a0(Luke 13:11). I believe Morgellons disease and fibromyalgia are several examples. Blindness (Matthew 12:22), deafness, and being mute (Mark 9:17) can be demonically caused.<\/li>\n
        19. Thrown to the ground, fire, or water; foaming at the mouth; gnashing of teeth; becoming rigid (Matthew 17:15; Mark 9:14-29).<\/li>\n
        20. Having a choking sensation; dizziness; blackouts. Falling into a trance or fainting during (deliverance) prayer.<\/li>\n
        21. Having a very hard time praying (for instance, demons can confuse your words when praying), and reading or hearing from their Bible. Overwhelmed with slumber when reading the Bible. An aversion to worship.<\/li>\n
        22. Wanting to flee from the presence of Christians \u2013 feel uncomfortable around them. Has agitation before a deliverance minister or before receiving prayer for deliverance.<\/li>\n
        23. Inability or resistance to confess the biblical Jesus Christ.<\/li>\n
        24. A\u00a0feeling of heaviness or oppression. Strong depression.<\/a>\u00a0Melancholia.<\/li>\n
        25. Uncontrollable or very powerful feelings of lust. Strong impulses or thoughts or feelings of sexual perversity (e.g. homosexuality, pedophilia, etc.).<\/li>\n
        26. Having\u00a0psychic<\/a>, clairvoyant, or mediumistic abilities.<\/li>\n
        27. An irrational extreme hatred for a people group (e.g., Jews, the Church, etc.).<\/li>\n
        28. Speaking in a foreign language that the person never learned before; demonic \u201ctongues.\u201d<\/li>\n
        29. In regards to children: extremely defiant, rebellious, out of control, violent and hateful towards parents.<\/li>\n
        30. Terrifying doubt of one\u2019s salvation, even though one once knew the joy of this salvation.<\/li>\n
        31. Hyperventilation and shortness of breath with no medical cause.<\/li>\n
        32. Feel like you are being constricted, much like a snake constricts its prey.<\/li>\n
        33. Constant anxiety, terrifying panic attacks, or\u00a0other abnormal fears<\/a>.\u00a0Extreme restlessness, especially in a Christian environment.<\/li>\n
        34. Compulsive desire to tear other people down, even if it means lying to do so. The vicious cutting use of the tongue may well be demonic.<\/li>\n
        35. Dreams and nightmares that are of a horrific, recurring nature. Clairvoyant dreams\u2013 dreams that later come true\u2013 may be demonic. Frequent dreams of dead people or death; or dreams of a (horrid) sexual nature.<\/li>\n
        36. Constantly\u00a0seeing the same number groupings<\/a>.<\/li>\n
        37. Thinking you are being gang stalked without any substantial evidence or when it hasn\u2019t been confirmed by another person. Scared all the time or paranoid.<\/li>\n
        38. Superhuman strength (Mark 5:3-4).<\/li>\n
        39. Kundalini symptoms<\/a>.<\/li>\n
        40. Scratches on the body that didn\u2019t come from any natural source. Having a burning or stinging sensation as if from scorpions with no medical cause.<\/li>\n
        41. Alien Hand Syndrome (a person\u2019s hand involuntary tries to harm the person).<\/li>\n
        42. Insomnia.<\/li>\n
        43. Sicknesses that doctors can\u2019t detect.<\/li>\n
        44. Having a warped and distorted character: hard, egoistic persons; uncongenial, dark nature.<\/li>\n
        45. Macabre imaginations; very dark, twisted fantasies. Overwhelming impure thoughts.<\/li>\n
        46. Tourette Syndrome<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 tics, vocal or physical repetitions such as grunts, hissing, swearing, blasphemy, and jerking part of the body.<\/li>\n
        47. Symptoms of multiple sclerosis.<\/li>\n
        48. Headaches without any medical cause.<\/li>\n
        49. Chronic memory or concentration deficits with no organic or traumatic cause.<\/li>\n
        50. Issues with\u00a0gluttony<\/a>.<\/li>\n
        51. Having a messiah complex.<\/li>\n
        52. Feelings of depersonalization and\/or derealization.<\/li>\n
        53. Powerful attraction to the occult and witchcraft.<\/li>\n
        54. Extremely low self-image (unworthy, a failure, no good, constant undermining of the self-identity).<\/li>\n
        55. Irrational guilt or self-condemnation to the extreme.<\/li>\n
        56. Lying, exaggerating, or stealing compulsively, often wondering why.<\/li>\n
        57. Questions and challenges to God\u2019s Word.<\/li>\n
        58. Sudden temporary interference with bodily functions \u2014 buzzing in ears, hypersensitivity in hearing or touch, chills or overwhelming heat in body, numbness in arms or legs, temporary paralysis.<\/li>\n
        59. Very bizarre and erratic behavior.<\/li>\n
        60. Simply felt an evil spirit enter one\u2019s body.<\/li>\n
        61. Feels like something is stuck or lodged in one\u2019s throat.<\/li>\n

          8. Waking up and seeing gray, black, or pale greenish\/gray clouds.<\/li>\n
          9. Pets appear to see things that you can\u2019t. In many cases, the animal will interact with something or appear fearful.<\/li>\n
          10. You feel like you are constantly being watched.<\/li>\n
          11. Electronics malfunction. Lights flicker, light bulbs blow, etc.<\/li>\n
          12. Synchronicities keep occurring.\u00a0You keep seeing specific numbers<\/a>,\u00a0like 11:11 or 444 on the clock or other repeating numbers.<\/li>\n
          13. Frequent or strange accidents<\/a>.<\/li>\n
          14. Sexually assaulted<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0tempted<\/a>\u00a0by evil spirits.<\/li>\n
          15. People attacking you for no valid reason.<\/li>\n
          16. Apports, deports, translocation, dematerialization<\/a>.<\/li>\n
          17. Feel like there is an hinderance (1 Thess. 2:18).<\/li>\n
          18. In regards to children,\u00a0having an imaginary friend who is evil. Seeing an evil entity (\u201cboogie monster\u201d) such as in the closet or under the bed<\/a>.<\/li>\n

Thank You for destroying the works of the devil. Thank You for giving me the power to trample on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy according to Luke 10:19. I choose to forgive others and everyone who has hurt me, betrayed me, or disappointed me. I forgive and I repent of unforgiveness as sin. I forgive myself and receive Your forgiveness and amazing grace and mercy. I repent of anger, bitterness and hatred, pride and rebellion, resentment and revenge, envy, jealousy and strife, doubt, distrust and unbelief, lust and sexual perversion, witchcraft, control and manipulation, idolatry and all the works of the flesh.             Matthew:12:43:\u00a0When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.<\/em><\/p>\n

            Matthew:12:44:\u00a0Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished.<\/em><\/p>\n

            Matthew:12:45:\u00a0Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first.<\/em><\/p>\n

            When deliverance takes place and the spirit(s) leave from a person they will always try to get back in after a period of time and if we continue in sin they will return stronger with other spirits.<\/p>\n

            1: Try to do self-deliverance if you are strong enough in faith and conviction by doing the prayer below in its entirety on your own in a quiet place with no distractions. If you cannot do this, go directly to step 4.<\/p>\n

            2: According to the authority given to us in the book of Mark chapter 16 verse 17, we can all bind, rebuke, and cast out demons ourselves by saying: \u201cI BIND you, I REBUKE you unclean spirits, I COMMAND you to leave me in the name of Jesus Christ!\u201d When we bind and rebuke we are commanding the demon(s) to stop whatever it is doing right at this moment, but the effect is temporary and must be repeated often. If the spirit does not come out, proceed to step 3.<\/p>\n

            3: Make a list of the sins in your life like pornography, masturbation, fornication, adultery, drugs, alcohol, tattoos, etc. and renounce them to the Lord Jesus Christ saying: \u201cI renounce these sins and repent, I will not do them again Lord<\/a>.\u201d After a few days have gone by without the sins, try the process from step 1 again.<\/p>\n

            Some things that can block deliverance in my observation are:<\/p>\n

            Unforgiveness \u2013 Matthew 6:15: \u201cBut if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.<\/em>\u201d Jesus Christ came to earth in the flesh, suffered greatly and died for us so that we do not carry our past bitterness, anger, and hatred around with us in our lives. We must recognize and respect that he did this for us. This is an incredible and merciful gift, so we have to transfer all of these negative emotions and feelings to the cross of Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n

            Living in Sin \u2013 Luke:24:46-47:\u00a0\u201cAnd said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day:\u00a0<\/em>And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Repentance means change<\/a>, and we must actually change our lives and follow Jesus in order to obtain his full mercy and protection.<\/p>\n

            Legal Rights \u2013 This is anything that we have done in our lives to invite the enemy inside us that we have not renounced and stopped. Whatever the case may be, we must adapt our lives to living as Jesus taught and to stay away from all things that invite the enemy into us. Once the demon spirit is inside us, it has \u201clegal right\u201d to stay until the activity that brought it is stopped, renounced, and forgiven us by God.<\/p>\n

            Witchcraft\/Generational Curses \u2013 Sadly, we live in a world full of the occult and worship of just about anything but the God in Heaven. The bible clearly warns us that any family getting involved in the occult can expect generational curses that can and do,\u00a0affect many generations to come afterward<\/a>. It is only through the mercy and grace of our Lord Jesus, and a spirit of humility that can break these rights and curses from a person.<\/p>\n

            Prayer for Deliverance<\/p>\n

            Step 1 Forgiveness: Confess sins after making a list, renounce them to God in prayer and repent.<\/p>\n

            \u201cFather in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ, I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead. I confess all my sins and repent. I will change my life and stop doing these things. I forgive everyone who has hurt me. From my heart, I hold no grudges or bitterness toward anyone and I will not avenge anyone who has hurt me for it is you Father, who is my avenger as written in Romans 12:19. I transfer all pain, rejection, abandonment, betrayal, suffering, trauma and abuse to the cross of Jesus Christ. Father even as I forgive everyone, please forgive me.<\/p>\n

            Father, I know that pride is an abomination to You. I renounce pride, rebellion, disobedience, stubbornness, and self-centeredness. I humble myself and come to You as a little child and ask for forgiveness and deliverance, in Jesus\u2019 name. Amen.\u201d<\/p>\n

            Step 2: Breaking all the curses<\/p>\n

            \u201cIn the name of Jesus Christ, I break and loose myself and my family from all curses caused by habits, charms, hexes, spells, jinxes, psychic powers, sorcery, witchcraft, love potions, psychic prayers, violence, trauma, physical bondage, mental bondage, incest, illegitimacy, abandonment, rejection and divination, in the family on the mother and father\u2019s side going all the way back to Adam and Eve.<\/p>\n

            I break and loose myself and my family from any vows I made; from any person or any occult or psychic sources, and any demons coming through the bloodlines. I cancel all invitations made to unclean spirits.<\/p>\n

            Father, I break and renounce all evil ties (spiritual and otherwise) that I have ever had with (lodges, fraternities, sexual partners, close friends, relatives, engagements, cults, occult objects, dolls, figurines, junk food, cigarettes, drugs, movies, anime, TV shows, ungodly computer games, gambling, porn, masturbation, fornication, tattoos, and secular music, etc.). I renounce all these ties and declare them destroyed in the name of Jesus.<\/p>\n

            I renounce, break and loose myself and family from all other religions that are not of you Father God, especially Roman Catholicism \/Hinduism \/Islam \/Buddhism \/Mormonism \/Jehovah\u2019s Witness \/New Age and other religions not of you. I also renounce unbelief, doubt, lies, fear, hatred, and anger. I bind and cast out all related spirits.<\/p>\n

            I renounce, break and loose myself from all demonic subjection to my parents or any human being, living or dead, who has dominated me in any way against the will of God. Thank you for setting me free.<\/p>\n

            I command satan, to loose all natural resources, land, animals, money, the finances of people who owe us money, and all the things you have stolen from my family that are ours through the blessings of Jesus. Father, please send Your angels to bring these things back to us. In the name of Jesus I pray. Amen.\u201d<\/p>\n

            Step 3: Bind the Demons and Cast out the Demons<\/p>\n

            \u201cThrough the blood of Jesus, I am redeemed out of the hand of the devil and all my sins are forgiven. The blood of Jesus Christ, is cleansing me from all sin. I am justified and made righteous, just as if I had never sinned. I am set apart for God. My body is a temple for the Holy Spirit, redeemed and cleansed by the blood of Jesus. I belong to Jesus now, body, soul, and spirit. His blood protects me against all evil. satan has no more power over me, no more place inside of me. I renounce all evil spirits completely and declare them to be my enemies. Jesus said: \u201cAnd these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out devils: \u2026.<\/em>\u201d (Mark 16:17). I am a believer, and in the name of Jesus Christ, I exercise my authority and expel all evil spirits. I command them to leave, according to the Word of God and in the name of Jesus. Amen.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cUnclean spirits I command you to manifest and come out in the name of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cI send Holy Spirit fire to burn you 1,000 times hotter than hell in the name of Jesus. Fire from head to toe!\u201d (Repeat) Hotter! (Repeat)<\/p>\n

            \u201cI send Holy Spirit fire all over your body in the mighty name of Jesus. Fire from head to toe! (Repeat) Hotter!\u201d (Repeat)<\/p>\n

            \u201cI send Holy Spirit fire all over the room, the floor, and the ceiling. Fire from head to toe! (Repeat) Hotter!\u201d (Repeat)<\/p>\n

            \u201cEvery evil spirit that hears my voice, I command you to attack the strongman. Do not stop in the name of Jesus. I order civil war in the name of Jesus. Evil spirits attack each other in the name of Jesus. Destroy your own kingdom.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cI loose burning judgment and destruction from the third Heaven upon you in the name of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cI command you to look at Jesus and do what he tells you to do. Look at Jesus! (Repeat) Do what he tells you to do!\u201d (Repeat)<\/p>\n

            \u201cI cut all evil spiritual connections to this body and burn it away in the name of Jesus. Burn off now!\u201d (Repeat)<\/p>\n

            \u201cI torment you demons and give you no rest in the name of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cFather in heaven, send power from the third heaven to destroy these demons in the name of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cI trample on you demons and shatter your being, in the name of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cI come against every unclean spirit by the blood of the lamb. This is a child of God. Their body has been sanctified by the blood of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cI rebuke and cast out every unclean spirit to the pit and command them never to return in the name of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n

            Repeat each command as directed by the Holy Spirit. End the deliverance by giving thanks to God and praising him in the name of Jesus.<\/p>\n

            Step 4: Protection Prayers for You Who Are the Body of Christ<\/p>\n

            \u201cDear Father, please make me a humble servant of people like Jesus Christ. I will push myself down so that you God can lift me up. Remove my human understanding and wisdom and fill me with your wisdom and understanding. I\u2019m a worm before you, oh God. In accordance with your word, my righteousness is as filthy rags. I can\u2019t do good without you. Please have mercy upon me and help me change day by day to become more like Jesus Christ.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cI ask that you please send your ministering spirits to protect your people; and all people and animals that would be sacrificed or cursed by occult practices.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cIn the name of Jesus, I ask you Father to loose legions upon legions of angels to warfare, restore souls, protect believers, stop us from believing and agreeing with lies and release breakthrough upon myself, my family, friends and the world in the name of Jesus.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cI loose the spirit of understanding and wisdom, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and fear of God upon myself, family and the world. I loose the spirit of power, the spirit of love, and the spirit of sound mind against the spirit of fear. I loosen the spirit of adoption to draw people to Christ.\u201d<\/p>\n

            \u201cFather, please pour out your Holy Spirit to convict the world of sins and to soften hearts to see the truth. Above all, I pray for your will, Father, to be done on earth even as it is done in heaven. In Jesus\u2019 name I pray. Amen.\u201d<\/p>\n

God, you are the Father Of Spirits and you have exalted the Lord Jesus Christ above all principalities of evil and their legions. We know that Satan is the high power of darkness over this world, we know he operates and works even now to destroy all flesh. But we have faith in the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ, and we await His return eagerly as without His return no flesh would be spared. Satan was a murderer and a destroyer from the beginning, and we cannot escape him lest we follow the narrow path of Christ Jesus. This path I have sought with all my being Father. You know my heart. Lord even as you split the Red Sea that your people may escape Egypt we ask that by the sword of your mouth devils are severed from our souls so that we may prosper in Christ. Father, you form the light, and you create darkness: you make peace, and you create evil: You the Lord do all these things. A single sparrow cannot fall in the brush without your approval Lord. Therefore, I know for certain you are aware of the spirits who war against me in the invisible realm of my soul. You are a just God who oversees the trying of my faith, you deliver me in 6 troubles but in seven no evil shall touch me. I know God that this life is a test and I come to you humbly now Lord, in hopes that is the day I am set free of my chains. I pray this is the day you find me worthy to be loosed of my bonds of wickedness. I know that without my faith in your Son Jesus it is all vanity in your eyes. I have sought total repentance with every fiber of my will.
